B&B Araxi

The quiet setting made it easy to get a good night's rest, and the small veranda with tables and a swing was a nice extra. There isn't a private outdoor area or balcony, though, and the veranda is shared with other Araxi guests, including people staying in the bedrooms. For a livelier evening, Pula is close by. Nora beach is about a 10-minute drive away, quiet and sheltered from strong winds. Franco at the “Sa Sippa” rotisserie suggested the “Bentu” app for checking wind conditions before heading there. Roberta was an especially thoughtful host. She gave us clear restaurant suggestions, quickly found detailed information about a wine tasting, and even called to ask for more. On our last day, she also warned us about roadworks on the way to the airport and suggested other routes to avoid possible traffic jams. The apartment had all the practical things we needed. There was air conditioning and fans in the main rooms, plus kitchen basics like oil, salt, vinegar and dish soap. We also found water, juice, tea, sugar, coffee, welcome cookies, a bottle of white Aragosta wine, and fresh untreated pears. Towels, sheets, a hair dryer and toilet paper were supplied, and the daily cleaning kept everything neat. Roberta even folded our plastic bags with care. The beach umbrella and cooler came in handy too. Villa San Pietro is small, but it has a bar, “Double Sided Café”, “Panetteria Da Stefania”, a minimarket, pharmacy, restaurants and pizzerias. We also enjoyed “Sa Sippa” by Franco, who's a truly kind-hearted man. Roberta was always welcoming, considerate and ready to help. Best Host Ever, highly recommended!

Our week is over and we're sadly at the port 😢 The apartment was perfect and had everything we needed. They can clean and change the towels each day if you like, and they're always just a WhatsApp away if you need anything. Pierpaolo and Roberta were so sweet and kind, and animal lovers will be happy to meet Spillo, the lovely little dog who runs the house. Thanks so much, guys. Breakfast came with pastries, yogurt, homemade biscuits, espresso, tea and herbal teas, with attentive service. The renovated place is comfortable and quiet, and conveniently placed for getting to the nearby attractions. Our room and bathroom were both spacious, with a shower and air conditioning.

The owner was so kind and helpful. It's a well-kept B&B in a really peaceful spot, with comfortable rooms, a fridge, air conditioning and TV. The bathrooms were very nice too. Breakfast was Italian.
