Mrs. Zita made us feel welcome and was always helpful, and the apartment was clean. We stayed in the ground-floor unit, which has a little outdoor space with a table and chairs. It's a delightful, modern place, with light parquet floors in the kitchen and bedrooms that make it feel even brighter. Towels were provided for every guest. The kitchen has a dishwasher, which is such a help on vacation. There are only two burners, but that's enough for us when we're not making Christmas lunch every day. The Wi-Fi wasn't always very fast, though it worked better in the bedrooms. We were happy to spend time enjoying the fresh air and scenery instead of being online. I'll definitely come back, and I'm already looking forward to booking for 2023.

We spent a week in apartment 14. It was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds, easy access, a very good location, and outdoor parking spaces. But the Wi-Fi was completely unusable. We also needed to work during our stay, and before booking I told Sig.a Maria Mairhofer that this mattered and specifically asked her to confirm that high-speed internet was available. I booked after getting that confirmation, but there was no usable connection, at high or low speed. I messaged Sig.a Maria as soon as we noticed, and she never replied or came to see us. The cooktop has only two burners, set so close together that two pots won't fit at once. Kitchen supplies were minimal, missing basic things, including Scottex for cleaning. The building is also one of the very few in Villabassa without even a geranium on the balconies. We weren't unhappy, but we've stayed in much better apartments in Val Pusteria for the same price. The places we liked were unfortunately full this time. We won't return or recommend it.

Zita was very kind and helpful, and the price was excellent for what we got. The apartment is centrally placed, an easy walk to Villabassa's center and a great base for nearby attractions. It was clean and had a bedroom, a shower bathroom with towels, and a kitchen with a dishwasher and all the cooking utensils we needed.

The building is centrally located in Villabassa, close to shops and other amenities. The apartments are clean, well kept, and have the essentials. There isn't an elevator. The ones facing the rear get air from the neighboring stable.
