Orlando (80km from Cala Gonone)

The staff, especially the receptionist, made us feel so welcome and were incredibly kind and helpful. We also loved the peaceful, beautiful setting, and the food was excellent throughout our stay. We had a wonderful time at Hotel Orlando Experience and would highly recommend it.

The place has a really relaxed feel, surrounded by nature and art, and I had a very good experience despite having read all sorts of reviews. We had a booking misunderstanding, but Pietrina sorted it out quickly. She even welcomed us to stay longer and enjoy the spa and pool, and made sure we were comfortable. Until now, she’s been the most welcoming person I’ve met in Sardinia.

We arrived during our Transardinia bikepacking trip with a broken bike, and the staff did everything they could to help us find a way to fix it. They went well beyond what we expected. Their heartfelt concern and support are something we’ll never forget. Thanks to all of you for helping us get back on the road and making the stay unforgettable. Hotel Orlando itself feels like a work of art, with a calming energy and nature all around. I can strongly recommend staying here if you visit Sardegna.

We slept very well here, with the beautiful forest of Santa Barbara around the hotel and hardly any noise. The restaurant was delicious, and the staff were so friendly. We also enjoyed learning the story of the hotel, which gives the place extra meaning for travelers. We had a great time.
