The recommended wine worked really well with dinner, and we ended up staying late over a few gin and tonics with the staff. That felt like a real privilege. Earlier, we’d enjoyed an improvised tasting menu from chef Michele Cammarata at the "President's Table", a chef’s table overlooking the whole renovated kitchen. The food was top-notch, and the service was impeccable. I especially liked hearing an explanation of each dish as it arrived. Five stars for the maitre d' too. Thanks for such a lovely evening. We’ll definitely be back.

Right in the center of Villanova d'Albenga, a charming little town, the hotel is in a great spot. The rooms are on the small side, but really lovely, clean, and very well cared for.
