The views were wonderful, the service was great, and we had a fantastic experience :) The chefs showed us how to make pasta, and we got to watch cheese being made. We’ll be back soon! I wholeheartedly recommend this place :)

The food was hearty and full of flavor, with delicious traditional Sardinian dishes. We especially liked the agliata appetizer, cheese platters, malloreddus with meat sauce, and spectacular porceddu with potatoes. Sardinian winter melon for dessert is popular too, and makes a refreshing finish after lunch. The inn sits in beautiful countryside on Mount Minerva, with a splendid view over the plateau. There’s a spacious veranda with seating that’s great for groups. Highly recommended!

The rooms are simple, spacious, and clean, and the food is just right. The shared areas feel welcoming and unique, surrounded by the area's unspoiled nature. The staff are very friendly, and I’ll definitely come back.
