The locals are warm and welcoming, which feels rare in bigger towns. The countryside around the town is beautiful, and the sea is about 15 km away, so the town itself is well worth visiting. Mr. Antonio gave us a fantastic welcome, a detail that feels increasingly uncommon these days. See you soon!

You’re right in the historic village center, so it feels wonderfully local. Antonio is a friendly host who really goes out of his way for guests, and there’s a lovely little garden behind the house.

We’d been in Alghero and had nothing left in our budget, so we drove 30 minutes into the countryside to Villanova. The great host, "Tony," greeted us with a big smile and a friendly chat. It was great, and I highly recommend it. Hope to see you again soon.
