Albergo La Voglia

Really clean and comfortable, with a quiet, traditional feel and a great restaurant. I only wish I could've stayed longer.

The lady was so kind and understanding. I had an unexpected flight and asked to stay a few extra hours past the 10:00 checkout so I wouldn't be out and about, and she let me without asking for anything. I work in the restaurant industry myself, and I always say kindness pays off! The room was tidy, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom very clean. I had to leave early for work and couldn't have breakfast, so the night before she let me take a tart, fruit juice, and water to my room. The next day she even offered an extra croissant since I hadn't had one the morning before. They were good, generously filled croissants, as God intended, which is a rare find these days. Recommended.

The owner's so rude that calling him rude feels like a compliment. I strongly advise against staying here or using the bar. Truly disgusting.

I used the shared bathroom, and when I went in, the toilet was full of a brown, semi-liquid substance. I don't know whether the other guest left it that way or had come back to the room just then. I suspect it wasn't chocolate. I can't blame the manager for that, just the caveman in room 2. I tried again half an hour later, and staff had cleaned and disinfected the bathroom. Unfortunately, I only noticed too late that there was no toilet paper, not even an empty roll.
