Avoid eating there. The waiter said we couldn’t order à la carte and recommended crayfish pasta, but the price wasn’t shown anywhere. After the meal, we were charged 340 euros for two crayfish. Locals told us the price should actually be 20 euros. It felt like a scam.

The location was really good, between the town and the beach, and tours and shuttles pick up here. It’s not right in the center, and the area outside was a little noisy, though where we stayed was fairly lively. I slept comfortably enough. I didn’t eat at the hotel because it seemed expensive, and there are plenty of places to choose from in Villasimius. For what we paid, it was a decent hotel and a reasonable budget option.

A cute Mediterranean-style hotel, right at the end of the pedestrian area and surrounded by breakfast cafés. The management were kind and available whenever we needed them. Rooms were a good size and very clean, with sea views on the higher floors. I’d definitely come back if I wanted a three-star hotel.

They charged us €10 to book a table, and we chose the place because it advertised itself as a pizzeria. After we sat down and ordered drinks, they told us they didn’t serve pizza. The menu they’d given us, which we had ordered from, was wrong too. You had one job.
