Sa Mirada Apartments

The hosts were very polite, and both the main street and the beach are within walking distance. We had a great holiday here. The apartment is large enough for six, though four or five would be most comfortable. There’s a big terrace and a garden, plus a living room you’d be happy to spend time in if the weather turns bad. Its two-floor layout also gives parents with younger children a chance for a little quiet time.

This was our second time at Casa #10, and the apartment is showing its age. The dining table wobbles, the knives are dull, the pots are sharp, and the front door has to be locked to stay shut. The freezer door was already damaged five years ago. Network speed was about 8 Mbps. We had no luck with the neighbors this time. Morning grunting and furniture scraping, then loud shouting and conversations when they came back from town around midnight, including running around in high heels. The soundproofing is a joke, and all of that made the stay frustrating. You can’t really sleep with the windows open because the bedrooms have no mosquito nets. One bedroom also had the smell of an old church and a cute little ant nest.

The terrace off the living room, with its view, was the best part of the apartment. We stayed for a week in February and found the atmosphere charming, modern, and well cared for. Both bathrooms, the kitchen, and the master and twin bedrooms were impeccably clean and had every comfort, which you don't always find in other places. The owner was kind and available whenever we needed anything. We’ll definitely come back to Villasimius!

The house was just right for five people, and the location near the city center was excellent. Giulia is lovely and friendly. Highly recommend.
