The location near the beach is the one good point, but note that Hotel Tre Lune is farther from the beach than its reception. Reception is in another building, and after paying we were taken about 400 meters away to Hotel Tre Lune. It has no pool and the area is more like a terrace. Our room was dirty and had an unbearable smell of toilet deodorizer or other chemicals. The toilet door wouldn't close, and the toilet itself wobbled when you sat on it. Some rooms apparently have no TV, and others no air conditioning. It felt like complete disrespect for customers. The swimming pool belongs to Altura, not this hotel. I do not recommend it.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with thorough cleaning every day, and the place was quiet and peaceful. The beach is 100 meters away and parking is 30 meters away. Everything worked well. If you want to swim in a pool, the one at the Altura resort is 50 meters away. Highly recommended.

The wait staff were very courteous and helpful, which was a bright spot. The rest fell well below expectations. It's advertised as a resort and a 4-star property, but the services don't meet that level. The pool was dirty, and what Booking.com describes doesn't match what is actually offered.
