We got a friendly welcome and a helpful run-through of the house. There were lots of towels, including beach towels, chilled drinks waiting for us, and a coffee machine with capsules at no extra charge. The upstairs room was fine, with air conditioning, a window for ventilation, and a larger bathroom. The basement room was stuffy and smelled musty, with no air conditioning or outside window. The bathrooms had no windows either, and there were signs of mold. The kitchen wasn’t well equipped. It had some pointless things, like a lemon squeezer, but no grill or oven. Mosquitoes made evenings outside unpleasant, and with no window screens they got into the house too.

The villa was managed well, but there were too many mosquitoes and the rooms felt very small. We also ran into a few inconveniences in the house.
