Voi Tanka Village Hotel

The best part of the hotel was the beach. There was no Wi-Fi in the rooms, which is hard to understand, and no kettle either. I needed one because I had a baby and had to sterilize her things. We paid 40 euros per person for dinner at the Oasis restaurant, but the food was really bad. We don't eat pork, and when we asked the waiters what was in several dishes, they said onions, but the dishes turned out to contain bacon. They didn't understand what I was asking and just gave us whatever. Ingredients should be listed beside each dish. Nobody spoke English, since the resort mainly caters to Italians, but other values weren't respected at all. The second time, we ate at another hotel restaurant and it was much better.

For the price, I expected better. The breakfast selection felt quite limited, and I found several ants around the bathroom sink and on my personal belongings. My room had no Wi-Fi reception either. It was only available in the shared areas, and even there the signal was weak. The place is beautiful and has great facilities and paid services.

The lifeguards were caring and attentive, helping with little beach mishaps, like finding a life ring when little Massimo's inflatable broke. They also made us feel safe during the difficult Punta Molentis fire and took part in rescue efforts. Franco promptly arranged for us to move to a front-row gazebo, which we appreciated. We also want to thank Lucia and Caterina for keeping our rooms spotless and being so warm with Olivia and Massimo. Raffaella at the spa was welcoming, and Mariangela did a very professional job with manicures and pedicures. Thanks as well to Gessica at the hair salon, Erika at the Oasys buffet, Daniele with our luggage, the friendly hostesses at the dining room entrance, cheerful Stefania at the newsstand, Francesco at the gym, and Mirka, Vito, and Alice for their kind, attentive breakfast and dinner service. Hotel Manager Nicola Dettorino was always attentive and helpful, and General Manager Emiliano Mangini was so kind with our children. We stayed at VOI Tanka Village for a long time, which gave us a chance to enjoy its many services. The setting is stunning, with a lovely beach and clear sea that's great for children. The Selected Area is carefully maintained, the Mirto Terrazza restaurant has plenty of varied dishes that are always nicely presented, and the gym is well equipped and functional. One suggestion: longer gym hours would give guests more flexibility for workouts. VOI Tanka Village combines beautiful nature, high-quality service, and staff who make a real difference. We'd gladly return and highly recommend it.

The beach was perfection, and the food was high quality, with a variety of new dishes that I was delighted to try through the week. A friend and I had an amazing week at VOI Tanka Village. Our newly renovated rooms were spacious and made it easy to stay organized.
