Les Chalets B&B

Mr. Mario and his wife really looked after us during our few days there toward the end of August. They're attentive to guests, which is rare to find. The rooms are simple, clean, and thoughtfully furnished. The B&B sits just outside the center of Villetta Barrea, making it handy for excursions and exploring the nearby countryside and villages. Breakfast was plentiful, and Mrs. Antonietta makes delicious homemade desserts. Mr. Mario also gave us tips on local trails and excursions. I highly recommend it, and we'd gladly return.

We were there last July and would love to come back. The owner gave us a warm welcome that made us feel at home, and was knowledgeable, kind, available for questions, and attentive to details. The well-kept place is lovely, and Lake Barrea is only a few meters away, making the location excellent. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Highly recommended, and a warm hug for making us feel so welcome.

Deer right in front of the chalet, what a sight! The location is lovely, and the rooms are cozy and very clean. Mario, the owner, did everything he could to make us comfortable.
