Privilege Apartments & Suites

You'll want a car, though supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and bars are all close by. The room was great, and the whole place is kept clean all the time. Customer service and housekeeping were both friendly and professional. We had a fantastic stay at Privilege, and really appreciated how clean and beautiful it was.

The kitchen came in handy, and the room was cleaned every day with fresh towels. Everything was very clean, and there was plenty of parking. We stayed for the Italian Monza Formula 1, and the location worked perfectly, just a 15 minute drive from the F1.

The receptionist told us the bugs were all over the rooms and said to shut the windows until housekeeping came. They showed up with a vacuum, but it didn't help because the bugs were in the curtains. Horrible experience. We won't return, and they offered no satisfactory solution. We arrived and got quite a surprise, avoid this place!

I missed the first night at the hotel because of a massive strike by Milan's taxis, so I had to sleep at the airport. When I finally got there the next day, they asked me to pay for the night I'd missed. That wasn't very commercial, but I could accept it. They also charged me for an extra night as a no-show penalty, which isn't legal. The money was already taken from my credit card before I could argue, and their only answer was, "This is the policy of our hotel." Terrible experience!
