It’s a small town with few services, but a great base for hiking and exploring the valley. The family hosting us was lovely and friendly, and the hospitality was great even in low season. The food was excellent and very generous, the wine was very god, and breakfast was compete.

After a beautiful hike from Pietraporzio, we spent one night at this chalet and loved it. The food was delicious, homemade, and made with fresh ingredients. The staff were extremely friendly and helped us with the next stage of our hike.

Rooms and food are great value for money, and the atmosphere is fantastic. The owner Gigi is friendly and helpful when it comes to your adventures in this superb nature. A real fantastic hotel for hiking, especially in summer. I’d recommend it.
