Everything was well cared for, from the house and garden to the little yard around the clean, lovely pool. The owner was very friendly, and the flats were well equipped. They also provide useful baby extras, like a high chair. We had a great stay and would definitely come back for another holiday. It’s very quiet but well placed for day trips to the beach, Pisa, or Florence. They make and sell their own wine too, and it’s really tasty.

We stayed in the green Granaio apartment for a week, and it was large, clean, and stocked with just about everything. There’s a living room and kitchen with a sofa bed, a bathroom, and a double bedroom. We had a fridge, dishwasher, stove, dishes, pans, cutlery, moka pot, toaster, and more. The pool was lovely, and each apartment gets its own umbrella, deckchair, and sun lounger. It’s a beautiful agriturismo in the Tuscan hills, good for couples and families alike. The location worked well for both relaxing and exploring. We visited Florence by train from Empoli, as well as Siena and Lucca, all about an hour away. Eleonora and her husband were so welcoming and always available. If you want to buy wine or olive oil, I recommend a tasting in their cellar. Exceptional! Thanks for a wonderful holiday.

The owners are so friendly, and there are lots of small houses and apartments, each with all the comforts you need. You can also taste and buy their excellent wines, which would be a real shame to miss. A wonderful place to spend a few days enjoying beautiful Tuscany.

Our first time in beautiful Tuscany was such a wonderful experience. Piccaratico village was top notch, surrounded by greenery, olive trees, and vineyards. The apartment was lovely and fully equipped. Eleonora and Pietro made us feel like family, they’re wonderful people. We’d definitely return if we get the chance. Thanks for everything.

A simple, lovely village set among Tuscany’s beautiful countryside, with lots of vineyards and farmhouses that are well equipped and nicely renovated. It’s a great spot for a peaceful holiday or weekend away.
