Hotel Engels Park

We came as a group of more than 30, and they had no trouble accommodating all of us. The courtyard feels like an oasis despite the busy road, with lots of trees and a well-kept yard. There is seating indoors and outside, so it's a nice place to stop for lunch and relax. The hotel looked good too, and I'd be happy to stay overnight. I really like this place. It has a very German feel, even though it's in Italy.

Good evening. I want to thank the team, especially Mrs Jennifer, for being available, understanding, helpful and professional. We highly recommend Engels Park hotel, and you can choose the room and amenities that suit what you want. I'm part of the Romanian group Frau Bartl mentioned, and I wanted to respond because her comments don't match what happened. We were a large group with 20 children, ages 2 to 16. We were paying guests too, and had the right to enjoy our holiday. Of course the children weren't quiet all the time. They talked, played and ran to their rooms, and I'm sorry if they disturbed other guests at times. But they weren't doing this after 10 p.m. We went to bed early most nights because we were there for skiing. As I said when you shouted at our children, if you want a very quiet hotel and don't like children, you can choose an adults-only place. Engels Park isn't adults-only. I also want to stress that Miss Jennifer and the owner were always there. Whenever a guest complained about the noise, they came to us and took appropriate measures. They did so on our last evening too, when YOU caused a huge scene. You and your supposed son-in-law verbally attacked our children and almost hit one of them, with no adult present. My six-year-old son was so frightened he went into shock. Your son-in-law used sexual language while insulting and shouting at our daughters. When one of our group's parents came up the stairs, your son also jumped at his throat. I was tempted to post the video, but out of respect for you and our children I didn't. Now I wish we had called the police, as I'm sure he wouldn't have gone unpunished. If you have a problem with children, don't attack or scare them or make sexual remarks about young girls. Go to the hotel staff and their parents, and deal with it like an adult if you claim to be one. So whose children do you think are less well-behaved, our young kids or your son who's over 30? There are options when you have an issue with children. We're all human, and there's always a solution if you act like an adult. Your son-in-law had no right to behave as he did or cause the harm he caused our children. Once again, my respect and thanks to the hotel team for how they handled the situation. Keep up the good work. For the future, we'd suggest a dedicated playroom for children to keep them occupied in a defined space. We definitely recommend Engels Park hotel.

The place is really beautiful and tidy. A nice pool and sauna area, plus a great range at breakfast.

A lovely, peaceful place with a beautiful garden, romantic rooms and great wellness facilities. The Finnish sauna is in its own wooden cottage, with a superb view across the hotel park. Definitely worth another visit.
