We found porcocignale on the menu, raised and prepared by the restaurant and used in all the dishes we tried. The food was excellent, and the owners were so kind. We booked through The Fork and got the 50% discount. It's a charming, intimate spot tucked away in the Viterbo countryside, and the whole visit was a wonderful experience.

We keep coming back to this agriturismo, but after the same problem on our last visit, we have to leave another negative review. The dining room is still unbearably hot. Eating while sweating takes all the enjoyment out of a meal, the geothermal system can't cope with the number of people, and many fan coil units don't work. A small investment in split-system air conditioning could finally fix an issue every guest can see. The outdoor area still looks neglected and needs more care. On top of that, prices have gone up recently, which feels excessive and unjustified. Paying 8 euros for a plain mixed salad weighing only 50 grams is absurd, and I haven't seen a price like that anywhere else. We're sorry to have to complain for a second time, but hope the owners take this seriously. The temperature in the dining room and the pricing both need urgent attention if they want to keep their regular customers.

We were won over by the bold, rich flavor of PorcoCignale®, so different from ordinary pork. The care that goes into raising and preparing it comes through in every course, and each one felt full of quality and passion. The agriturismo has a warm, authentic feel, and the staff were so kind that we felt at home. It's rare these days to find a restaurant that keeps such high standards in every detail. Thanks for an exceptional dinner and a memorable, authentic experience. We'll be back soon. P.S. The risotto in the photo is a half portion, and it's already quite generous!

The restaurant is easy to find, with parking right out front, and it's surrounded by greenery and quiet. There's even somewhere to stay overnight. We found it on The Fork and got a small discount. Despite the crowds, the wait was reasonable, service was quick, and the staff were friendly and courteous. The cured meats had good traditional flavors, the grilled meat was tasty, and the wine was nice too. We had a great time, and the prices seemed average.
