The owner should make sure every site listing the property clearly says that dogs aren’t accepted, even very small ones like ours. He didn’t seem courteous even before the confusion, and afterward he sent us away without suggesting another place or refunding any of what we’d paid online. He kept the full amount. In short, even if you don’t travel with a dog, I’d stay away.

The apartment and room were spotless, well cared for, and very comfortable. The owner was so warm and kind, always available with helpful advice about the area and attentive throughout our stay. We really appreciated the care taken with the details that make guests comfortable. B&B Buon Cammino Tuscia is a lovely base for exploring around Viterbo, with an authentic, welcoming feel. We highly recommend it. Thanks again for a wonderful stay! Alberto and Sven

We didn’t feel comfortable, and neither the host nor the facility met expectations. We won’t be back. Best wishes to the owner, and I hope he enjoys running the B&B.

Breakfast, because of COVID restrictions, was at the café across the street, just outside the historic center walls. Massimo gave us an excellent welcome and was kind, helpful, and generous with tips for planning our tours. The room and bathroom were meticulously kept. Highly recommended.

We only ended up in Viterbo by chance, while our camper was in the workshop for a few days. Massimo was wonderful and very kind, and his welcoming home gave my family and me a lot of help when we really needed it. If I come back to Viterbo, I’ll stay with Massimo again. Highly recommended. Thanks, Massimo. Robbie
