Paola's homemade desserts were a real treat, from classic choices to more refined ones. She's a talented cake artist and such a special, knowledgeable person. We also got thoughtful, detailed tips for restaurants in Viterbo and nearby towns, off-the-beaten-path places to visit, and shops and shopping centers. We stayed four nights and were given a free upgrade. The rooms and facilities were clean and tastefully decorated, in keeping with the historic building, which has been renovated with real flair and attention to detail. It felt like being at home. Truly excellent, we'll definitely return.

The terrace was the highlight for us, a magnificent hanging garden looking over the picturesque friars' garden. Its Christmas lights and decorations made it feel magical. We'll be back in spring to enjoy the view with more of those delicious pastries! It's easy to explore Viterbo's historic center on foot from this B&B, and free public parking with plenty of spaces is just steps away, a rare find in the old center. Our hostess gave us a lovely welcome and helpful suggestions for places to visit and restaurants. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well heated. The breakfast room has a welcoming, tasteful feel, and breakfast was excellent, with delicious homemade pastries that were always fresh. 10 out of 10. There were three of us, and we had a really pleasant stay at this welcoming B&B. We appreciated the friendly atmosphere and peaceful setting, plus the delicious food. Mrs. Paola made a variety of breakfast sweets especially for us. Thank you!

We loved the delicious buffet of genuine desserts, made by Mrs. Paola, who's a talented pastry chef. There was also a mini-fridge stocked with plenty of milk, yogurt, and juice, a pod coffee machine, and a microwave for warming things up. The breakfast room was spotless and tidy, though a bit more counter space might help. We took a quick Rome getaway with our baby, just over an hour's drive away. Mrs. Paola was so kind and friendly that we felt at ease right away. The beautifully renovated period home was well maintained. We stayed in the blue room, one of three. It was very clean and decorated in period style, although the view wasn't the best. The private bathroom was basic and clean, but it didn't have the usual toiletries. The location is very convenient, just outside the city center.
