This quiet B&B sits on a hill, a few kilometers from Viterbo’s center and Santa Claus’s Kingdom in Vetralla. Our rooms were very spacious and clean, with modern decor and astonishing attention to detail. We were pleasantly surprised to find even the interior rooms decorated for Christmas, and there was a lovely gift for our children. The owners were kind and helpful, with plenty of suggestions for visiting Viterbo, where to eat, where to park, and anything else we needed.

From the hill you can see Viterbo below, and the view from the room is beautiful. It’s a large, comfortable, clean room, and looking out at the scenery helps you forget the stress of the city. The owners are discreet but always available for questions. The B&B is just the right distance from Viterbo. I’d gladly return when the thermal baths directly across from it open.

We came with another couple to visit Terme dei Papi, arriving late in the evening, but Fabrizio gave us a warm welcome and useful information for our short stay. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated, with a small breakfast waiting in the room. It’s in a very quiet area, lovely for waking up peacefully. I’ll definitely return. Highly recommended!

The peace here is indescribable. In the evening, stepping outside gives you a breathtaking view of all of Viterbo lit up. It’s close by, about 10 minutes, and an hour by car from Rome. Fabrizio and Annalisa are two lovely people who make you feel at home, always checking if you need anything and taking care of their guests. The rooms are spacious, beautiful, furnished with great taste, and the beds are comfortable. They look just like the website photos. Everything was impeccably clean. There’s an Italian breakfast in the room, with a coffee machine and kettle, plus a TV, air conditioning, and fridge. The bathroom has toiletries, a hairdryer, and more. For the price, it’s more than excellent. Five stars well deserved, maybe even a few extra. I hope I can return soon.
