Danielle is such a warm and welcoming host, and she helped us with everything we needed. The home is in a quiet, beautiful setting. The accommodation was very comfortable, though the beds weren't.

My son found this lovely BB on my last trip to Italy. Miss Daniela runs it and was so friendly and kind. Our room was clean and pleasant, with a nice view, and breakfast was delicious out in the quiet open air. I recommend coming to discover this little piece of paradise. Quiet place, and the service was good.
I booked this stay from December 30, 2025, to January 2, 2025, because the owner required three nights over the holidays. I wanted somewhere safe for my phobic dog during Rome's New Year's fireworks, and explained several times by email and phone from October 2025 that even firecrackers were a serious concern. I was told nobody in the area set off fireworks because everyone had dogs, and the property described itself as a NO FIREWORKS facility. No fireworks were set off at the property itself, but the neighboring houses are close by, not isolated, and people right next door set them off from 11:58 PM to 12:15 AM. It sounded like a bombing. There had also been firecrackers on December 30 and 31, despite being told beforehand they might only be heard in the distance. They were nearby. After the firecrackers on December 30, my dog was too frightened to leave the room, even to do his business. We went out at 8:00 AM on the 31st and briefly at lunch, but more firecrackers made him refuse to go into the garden. The New Year's noise turned his anxiety into terror. Even with the TV at full volume, he convulsed, drooled, froze and had tachycardia. I was seriously afraid he might die of a heart attack. The only positive thing was that the bombing lasted about fifteen minutes. I hadn't expected this after the owner's reassurance that nobody nearby would set off fireworks since they all had dogs. I should have checked whether that claim was based on proper research, given how clearly I said my dog was PHOBIC. With fireworks on that scale, it's quite possible the same thing has happened in other years too. I checked out at 10:00 the next day, January 1, 2026, one day early, and complained about what had happened. I was told the owner couldn't answer for the neighbors, but still had to pay for all 3 nights plus tourist tax, a total of 274 euros.
Daniela was an impeccable host, and the place itself was magical, distinctive, well cared for and equipped with everything. Its location is excellent, close to both the spa and Viterbo's center. We had a positive experience in every way and will definitely return.
