The setting is lovely, surrounded by nature, trees, and plants, and the design details in the indoor and outdoor furniture are thoughtful. There’s a wonderful pond with fish and turtles, plus a bio swimming pool where you can swim in untreated water. Dinner was good, and the kids had a lot of fun at the adventure park, though some ropes were broken and one zip-line didn’t seem safe. That needs maintenance. The place has real potential to become one of the best hotels in the area, and I hope this review helps it improve. But the service was poor. I booked a room through Whatsapp and someone confirmed it, yet it wasn’t in the system when we arrived. Luckily a spare room was available, but we waited two hours past the official check-in time for it. Breakfast was very limited, with just a couple of sweet options and nothing savory. They had no plant-based milk, and the waiter asked us to wait, then spent 15 minutes outside chatting on his phone. There was no fridge in the room either.
