A lovely remote spot with wonderful views. It was clean, the breakfast was great, and dogs are welcome.

The house was spotless, with free private parking right beside it, and the separate entrance meant guests could come and go undisturbed. I felt comfortable in this historic home, which has lots of tasteful details. The owner was attentive and friendly, and the staff were very attentive too. Breakfast was varied and high quality. The quiet was refreshing, and I enjoyed the pool and terraced garden at any time. I recommend it to everyone.

We took four rooms for the June 1st long weekend and had a wonderful time. The kids enjoyed the pool and the goats, while we adults got to relax in the peaceful setting and enjoy the barbecue. The owner and his wife were very kind and helpful. We’ll definitely come back.

The pool was a real bonus in the summer heat, and it was well maintained. We were very satisfied with the value for money. We stayed for two days while passing through, and the rooms were clean and comfortable, with air conditioning that worked well. Service was adequate, though the welcome felt businesslike rather than especially warm. There’s no elevator, so you have to carry your own luggage to the room. Breakfast had plenty of variety, but was a little inconvenient, and the children struggled to find something they liked. The hostess, though, was very friendly and fond of children.
