We booked several nights but left after the first one. The hotel was dirty, dark, and dingy, and it’s in a shady part of town with little to recommend it. We arrived late, or we wouldn’t have stayed even that one night. I don’t understand why it has three stars out front. Skip Vittoria and spend your time in this part of Sicily in Ortigia.

The one thing this place has going for it is the location. The rooms were small, cold, and dusty, and the staff need to improve how they treat guests. There’s a lot that needs fixing.

Very comfortable room in a great central location. Highly recommended.

The staff were lazy, and breakfast was practically nonexistent. Never go there.
