We arrived as four adults and a child, and there was a misunderstanding about the rooms. The host blamed Booking.com, then asked for another €40. I refused because we’d already booked and paid the agreed price. He got aggressive, shouted at us to leave, and my young grandson was terrified. We had no choice but to go. The road to the B&B is narrow and rough, which was another problem. Luckily, we found a beautiful, modern luxury hotel for just €40 more, where the friendly staff looked after us well. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this B&B.

Adriana and her husband Michele live at this classic B&B and are kind, welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The clean, comfortable rooms have good quality linens. Breakfast is available if you ask, and they can accommodate special diets. There’s guest parking on the property, plus a BBQ area. The large porch is nice for eating together or just sitting and chatting. It’s a peaceful, semi-rural setting, with a lovely pool and a well-kept garden of ornamental plants and olive trees.

The French isn’t spoken much, but it didn’t get in the way. Adriana and Michel gave us a very warm welcome, and the place is wonderfully quiet. The bed and shower are both comfortable, so it’s a good spot to unwind before a flight. It’s only ten minutes from the airport, and breakfast was excellent, with croissants and homemade cakes. Don’t hesitate!
