The owner made everything easy, very welcoming and helpful, and flexible to deal with. The accommodation was simply but tastefully decorated and really clean. We were grateful for the air conditioning during the very hot summer weather. Thanks so much for everything!

Affordable and handy for a short visit, with plenty of places to eat and shops nearby. My room did get noisy while I was there, with lots of banging and hammering on the walls. Maybe there was construction going on at the time.

Mr. Paolo was kind, quick to respond, and always ready to help with what guests needed. The bright, spacious place was clean and welcoming, and it's conveniently near a bakery and supermarket. Highly recommended.

The staircase was the drawback for us, quite narrow and steep, though that's part of having a first-floor apartment. Otherwise, it's spacious, bright, and clean. The location is close to the city center, with a renowned bakery and deli and a market a short walk away. We found free street parking nearby every time. There's also a washing machine upstairs by the terrace. The owner was very kind and helpful.

We had such a good week here on vacation and hope to come back soon. The room was cozy, clean, and had all the comforts. The property is close to amenities and just a short distance from the center. The owner was friendly and available whenever we needed information. Best wishes.
