Breakfast was excellent, with fresh food and attentive service. Our room was spotless, carefully looked after, and had plenty of comforts, including a mini-fridge, air conditioning, and free toiletries. Mrs. Roberta welcomed us warmly and gave us lots of tips for exploring the area. She made us feel at home. The property is near the historic center of Vittorio Veneto, and just inside the entrance there’s a lovely cloister-like garden where you can enjoy some peace and quiet. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back. See you soon!

The owners were lovely, friendly, and always ready to help, and the breakfast was excellent. We stayed in a beautiful historic setting with a distinctive atmosphere. It’s a handy base for the area: the Prosecco Hills are 10 minutes away, the Dolomites less than an hour, and Venice about an hour away. I recommend it. The owners are wonderful.

The room and bathroom were too cold for us to wash up when we got back in the afternoon. It took more than half an hour for the heat pump to warm the room. Breakfast cost €15 for two and was disappointing, and the products didn’t meet hygiene standards. Although we paid, nobody even asked whether we’d prefer a simple cup of hot milk instead of cappuccino from the espresso machine. We had an espresso and two pieces of toast with a little butter. For what we paid, it was a real letdown. The cleanliness was impeccable, the atmosphere welcoming, and the lady was kind.

The owner was so kind, and everything was clean and cute. From the street, the place doesn’t look especially welcoming, but once you walk through the front door into the courtyard, it feels like a different world. Our room was even nicer than the photos suggested. We had the one with the jacuzzi, and it had everything, even disposable slippers, scented candles, a hairdryer, and hair straighteners. The price also included morning coffee, croissants, a bottle of water, and fruit juice for each of us. There was a TV, air conditioning, and a fridge too. Both the room and bathroom had a skylight, so we could admire the stars from bed. I was really happy with the stay and will definitely be back soon.
