The owner deserves a special mention for being so courteous, kind, and helpful. I stayed for three nights, and found the rooms spacious and comfortable, with air-conditioning and comfortable beds. It was quiet too, with no noise from outside. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were incredibly helpful the whole time, and my dad and I had a great stay. We booked two single rooms before doing the Eroica 15-18 Marathon the next day. Highly recommended!

The price didn't feel justified. My room faced the street, with traffic noise even at night. Breakfast was poor, and check-in took a long time.

The owners were friendly and helpful at this small, comfortable hotel just outside Vittorio Veneto. The guest parking area is a bit cramped, and so is the breakfast room.

Not recommended. It was noisy and cold, and the windows leaked. I'd give quiet just 1 and cleanliness 3. Breakfast was only croissants and coffee.
