The owners are so great, and the food is divine. There are live animals at the back and a lovely pool just outside the door. Our room had a jacuzzi and sauna. Honestly, this deserves more than five stars.

The best part is the family who run the place. They care about their business, know the area, and are happy to share what they know. Please stay for dinner too. Giuseppe is a star in the kitchen, and you can see how pleased he is when you enjoy what he's made. He went out of his way to find fresh local ingredients, from ricotta in all forms to lamb, sausage, and squid. There's no menu, just ask and he'll make something if he can. Thanks, Giuseppe and Martina, for two lovely dinners. I'll definitely come back next time I'm in Sicily. In bocca al lupo. The location might give you pause: it's between two main roads and close to the railway, but this is inland Sicily, not Paris. Traffic is light, and the house has thick walls. The rooms are above the pizzaria La Ruota, but we didn't hear noise, and the amenities are right next door. The rooms were clean with modern bathrooms. The pool is small, but it's a nice place to cool off after a day out exploring.

The little farm is charming, almost as much as Giuseppe's pistachio cannoli, and there was even a 21-day-old baby goat. We left feeling delighted with our stay at Cosi Priziusi B&B Relais and will definitely be back. For now, I'll be thinking of Grillo by the pool, Sicilian sun, and the sound of peacocks and starlings. We were there for two nights at the beginning of June to see our local wedding venue, and by a lucky surprise had the entire place to ourselves. Our room, "Mia," named after the host's niece, felt magical, with a Finnish spa and a hot tub in the room. Giuseppe brought us wine while we relaxed by the pool, then cooked some of the best meals we've ever tasted. Ask him for traditional Sicilian street food, especially Sfincione or Arancini Bianca, or his homemade lasagna. All were incredibly delicious. When our arranged taxi broke down at the end of the stay, Giuseppe kindly drove us to the airport himself. Such a generous, heartwarming thing to do.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with everything we needed, and we loved the delicious Sicilian dishes at the restaurant. Our hosts were so kind and friendly. When we needed to see a doctor, they even went with us to the hospital. I can only recommend this hotel.
