Eracle Hotel

We had the biggest apartments and found the staff really friendly. They handled all our requests quickly and efficiently. They even surprised me with champagne and desserts for my birthday. Beautiful hotel and a great location, I recommend it.

Everyone was kind and the place was clean. They answered all our questions and explained everything we wanted to know. Special thanks to Antonia and the man in the white shirt, whose name I unfortunately forgot. We had a great stay in Napoli. Thanks for having us, and greetings from the Polish motorcyclists!

We’re stuck here in 35°C heat with no working AC and no pool to cool off. This is by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in, and I can’t say how let down I am. It may once have been an okay place, but it’s become seriously run down. It’s listed as 4*, though it feels like 1*, and the booking is nonrefundable. The pool is closed and no longer belongs to the hotel. It looks appealing in the online and social media photos, but it’s disgusting, and guests aren’t allowed in. There’s no restaurant, the breakfast was terrible, and after we’d paid as part of our booking, we were told to pay more. The carpets inside look filthy and paint is peeling from the walls. There’s no shuttle. Without a car, the trip into the city costs 35e and the return at night costs 50e. Taxi fares to Volla are double, and Uber isn’t available in Napoli. DO NOT STAY HERE. The staff were helpful, though there wasn’t much they could do. The lobby was dark, dingy, and musty, and there were mosquitos throughout the rooms. The front desk controlled the room temperature and water pressure. Outside, the area was full of garbage and feces. Avoid this hotel.
