Getting around was easy from here, with Naples, the highway, and the airport all close by. For anyone driving, the private parking has plenty of space and is very convenient. The transfer service was especially good: a comfortable car, a very fair fixed price, and pickup time and place arranged in advance. It was the best of the shuttles I’ve used. The staff were lovely, quick to help, and housekeeping kept everything spotless and tidy. Luigi deserves special thanks for being so kind, attentive, and caring. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, and the shower really does feel like a tropical shower. I also loved the scents throughout, from the elevator and room to the towels and bed linen.

The manager, Pasquel, was especially welcoming and went out of his way to recommend things for my partner and me. The staff were all accommodating, and the clean, spacious rooms and outdoor area with a pool made for a great stay. There’s also a good gym with dumbbells, and the place has everything you could need. It exceeded my expectations.

I’ve been coming to Volla for more than 10 years and hadn’t realized it could be like this. Maybe it wasn’t finished before, because now everything feels new and perfect. The people were friendly and helpful. I originally came for two days, then came back for another ten. I’ll return!
