Agriturismo San Leone

Giulia was friendly and really helpful, and the pool was great. We had a fantastic apartment and stay in Tuscany, and would recommend this place 110%. Thank you!

The owners made us feel so welcome, and the apartments were spacious, comfortable, and convenient. We were shown around the estate when we arrived, including the farm animals and the hilltop with its breathtaking view. There’s also a lovely big garden with a play area for children and a pool, though unfortunately the pool wasn’t open during our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more and will definitely return.

We had a wonderful week here as a family. The outdoor area was green, tidy, and relaxing, and the lovely pool was perfect for cooling off on hot days. The apartment was spotless and had every comfort, with thoughtful details that made it feel like home. The location worked really well for mixing quiet time with outings. Volterra is only 10 minutes away, San Gimignano about 30 minutes, Siena an hour, and the coast is under an hour by car. Giulia and the owners were welcoming and available whenever we needed something, without hovering. The staff were also kind and attentive while keeping things discreet, which helped preserve the peaceful feel. A perfect holiday for us, and we’ll definitely be back.

We spent two weeks in August at Agriturismo San Leone with our dog, and the hospitality made us feel right at home. The owners shared eggs from their chickens, fruit and vegetables from the garden, and cured meats. We also loved the walks around the property, which our dog enjoyed, and the view of the hills from the apartment is priceless. It had everything we needed. The pool was a highlight, with loungers, tables, and umbrellas where we spent plenty of relaxing time. Guests can also use a fully equipped barbecue and a big table with benches, which we used for several lunches. The location is convenient for Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena, Pisa, and Florence, and the sea is less than an hour away by car. We’d recommend this farmhouse to couples and families looking for a restful break. The price was another plus. AGRITURISMO PODERE SAN LEONE, thanks so much, and see you soon! :)
