The parking was easy, and we found the place without trouble by following the directions right up to the space out front. We came for lunch and were glad we did. The staff were patient and friendly even though our Italian is pretty bad. I had pappardelle with meat sauce, while the beef steak with Tuscan lard and stewed wild boar were also on the table. The asparagus sauce gnocchi was good too. We finished with tiramisu and gelato, both delicious. Well worth stopping in if you're nearby and need a meal.

We had sunset views over dinner, which made the place feel really special. Marco was so friendly, and the food was amazing. There were lots of gluten-free choices, and the desserts were delicious.

The hosts were kind and always willing to help. It’s a lovely hotel surrounded by fields in Tuscany, a good spot to recharge or use as a base for exploring the area. You don’t need to look elsewhere.

WARNING! I was charged 398 EUR on my credit card for a booking that had never been confirmed. I checked every folder in my inbox and there was no confirmation email. When I contacted management, Giulia sent a generic template with no timestamp or proof that anything had been delivered, then stopped responding. This showed a complete lack of professional ethics. Don't give this property your credit card details.

Dogs are genuinely welcome here, which we really appreciated, and it was handy to be able to rent e-mountain bikes or book a massage right at the property. The rooms are simply furnished, but they were spotless, and the value for money was excellent. The restaurant was another highlight, top quality and easy to recommend. Staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout. It’s also peaceful, with beautiful views, while Volterra, San Gimignano, and Pisa are all within easy reach for exploring Tuscany. We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back.
