That sea and Vulcano view from the balcony was amazing. We sat on the terrace with wine and watched the sunset, and it was hard to ask for more. Everything was clean and pleasant, and the reception ladies were lovely and did all they could to help. We were there for three nights and got a larger room because it was off-season and available. The hotel restaurant was closed, so they gave us vouchers for a nearby bar. Try the five-cereal croissant. The bed felt a little hard to me, but we used the covers from the other bed as a layer and slept well. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The morning can get a little noisy when the boats start coming in, though it wasn't anything too bad. Apart from that, I don't understand the two-star rating. The rooms are great, the bed is comfortable, the AC and TV work well, and the service is great. The view is awesome too.

The island felt pretty dead, with everything closed and nothing to do. At the hotel, there was a party right below our room that went on for hours past midnight, and a construction site directly in front of it started work at 6:30 in the morning. The walls are so thin you can hear everything. We only stayed one night, but it was the worst night ever. Just don't stay there.

The balcony that wraps around the second floor is the best part, with lovely views toward the volcano and harbor. The rooms are clean and modern, and it's a nice hotel. In winter, turn the heating on early.

The restaurant serves good food at good prices, and the hotel has a beautiful view of the big crater on Vulcano. It's a four-minute walk from the harbor and the travel boats. Highly recommended for a stay on Vulcano island.
