Jerà Holiday Collection - Vulcano

Antonio met us with the shuttle as soon as we arrived on the island, then showed us its most characteristic spots and places to eat without us even asking. What struck me most about Jerà was how kind everyone on the staff was, always ready to meet our needs. The room was well equipped, and it's easy to get there by public transport. Excellent value for money.

The staff were so kind and helpful, always ready with a smile. My room was clean and well equipped, and it made for a comfortable, relaxing stay. I was pleasantly surprised and highly recommend the place.

The staff were extremely kind and always available whenever we needed help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartments were well equipped, and the residence was impeccable. I was thrilled with the experience and highly recommend it for a relaxing, high-quality vacation. I can't wait to return.

The apartments were dated, not very clean, and didn't really match the website photos. I booked a two-room apartment described as "seafront" on the property's website, but the one we were given on arrival was nowhere near the seafront, as the photo showed. There was also a strong gas smell from a leaking cylinder. It was checked straight away but wasn't replaced until a few hours later. Ingo, who manages the property, was very helpful and kind. When we asked, he moved us to a seafront apartment, as we'd booked and paid for. But the day before checkout, he suddenly asked us to move back to the first apartment. We couldn't move that day, so we were finally allowed to stay one last night where we were. Ingo's staff were very rude and even complained when they found our luggage still in the apartment. If we hadn't insisted on getting what we were entitled to, our stay would certainly have been unpleasant, especially given how unfriendly some residence staff were when we made legitimate requests.
