The hostess was nice, and the room was comfortable with AC. The location was good, though the place felt a little deserted. Breakfast was poor.

Having already paid through Booking.com, unfortunately I have to stay another night. This is poor value for money. The house is 500 meters from the port, which is convenient, but being close to the port doesn't make €200 a night reasonable. There's no small fridge in the room, the bathroom is shabby with insects crawling on the wall, and the shower is so cramped you can barely move. The place needs updating. The room looks out onto an unkempt garden, and there are no lights out front. I travel a lot and have never had an experience like this.

The room was clean, and the woman who welcomed us was very kind and helpful. We stayed just one night, and the location worked well: five minutes on foot from the port with luggage, and at the foot of the volcano, with a 45-minute walk to the crater. Breakfast on the shaded terrace was disappointing. Everything was wrapped in plastic, including sliced bread and juice, with no bread, croissants, or fruit. Apart from that, the room was clean, so it's a good fit if breakfast doesn't matter to you.

In April, this was a lovely, quiet spot with a wisteria-covered terrace. The rooms are small, but the welcome was simple and friendly, and breakfast was generous.
