The apartments are small, the facilities are limited, and the beds were poor quality. I liked the location and the help we got from the employee, who was very kind and assisted us with everything. I didn’t like how the owners treated us. During check-in, they mentioned several times that we were interrupting their break. I’d missed the check-in time, and I was the one who apologized for asking to see the facilities beforehand. I would have preferred them to ask me to come back in an hour instead of being rude or reproaching me for interrupting their rest. Yes, they did say multiple times that they should have been resting. The room wasn’t very clean. We found hair left by previous guests and the cleaning tools in the shower. We stayed one night and were nearly out of toilet paper. There was no kitchen soap, sponge, dishcloth, or kitchen paper, and no shower gel or shampoo either. In response to the owner’s comments: I booked through Booking, reviewed the stay there, and also posted on Google. I don’t see why I shouldn’t be able to review both places. If you don’t like bad reviews, look after your customers. Simona also left a review because she reviews everywhere she goes. I hadn’t planned to bring up the fact that nobody was looking after the property for a period of time. I don’t know the laws for hotels or residences, but in my opinion, leaving a business unattended like that is very risky. What if a child has an accident, or there’s a fire or flood? Thanks for postponing my booking by one night. I’m not ashamed of what I wrote. I feel that you disrespected me. Goodbye.

Just right for a short stay.

For the setting, it was okay. We stayed three days, and the kitchenette meant we could cook for ourselves. The bed was so low that it felt like we were sleeping on box springs. In the bathroom there was an opened toilet roll, with no fresh one left. We had to make do with towels and soap for all three days. 🤷🏽‍♂️

My wife and I stayed for five days. The property is in a lovely green setting, only three minutes from the beaches of Zambrone, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms could use a bit more maintenance, especially where the furnishings are damaged.
