Way up off the beaten path, the house gets a lovely breeze and has a quaint feel with an amazing view. Built in the 1800s, it’s a great house that’s seen better days.

Sadly, hurricane Melissa left it completely destroyed.

The sunsets are breathtaking, and staying here among the natural surroundings feels like a real experience. It’s an original, ancient Greathouse from the 1800s, lovingly looked after by a kind, friendly, and dedicated owner. The owner generously provides delicious meals and drinks, and the price is very reasonable. It feels like authentic Jamaica.

The service here is appalling. The owner seems ungrateful and has nothing left to offer guests. It’s a beautiful Great House, but unfortunately it’s completely run down.
