Casa Tianna Guest Apartments

Miss Thompson was really professional, and check-in and checkout were easy. The road up to the apartment is a bit of a challenge, but otherwise we had a great time. It was clean, quiet, and awesome. (Out of many one people) Jamaica Land We Love.

The food is very good, and the setting works perfectly for small gatherings. From the outdoor areas you get great views of the city, and they're lovely places to sit. Tucked away in Stony Hill overlooking Kingston, this place is a real gem, with beautiful art and period furniture I'd envy.

We booked through this host on Airbnb two months before our trip. Messages we sent in the app were read, according to the read receipts, but never answered. As the trip got closer, we also tried calling several times and were ignored. The day before we were due to arrive, the host claimed the home had been damaged and said we couldn't stay. He didn't cancel the reservation himself, even though that should have been easy if the damage were real. Airbnb told us no such damage had happened. Book with this host at your own risk.

The room was spacious and the view was nice, and the host was wonderful. But so much seemed broken, and our experience was the worst. Getting water, especially hot water, was a real problem because we had to plug in a plug to make it work. The toilets didn't work properly, so the host came by twice to fix one. The washer was extremely dirty and left our clothes dirtier than before. There were so many ants that we couldn't leave food on the counter without them getting into it. There was a lot more, too.
