The views of the CARIBBEAN SEA are breathtaking, and this is a quaint villa for relaxing. Just keep in mind it’s a villa, not a hotel, so don’t expect hotel amenities. There isn’t much entertainment on site, but Portland has plenty of places to explore. The room we had was clean and comfortable, and the villa feels cosy. You can meet people, interact, and make friends there, with good customer service too. The food was okay, though the chef could still improve his skills. The young male waiters were the one drawback for us. They seemed lazy and weren’t very helpful, so they need more training. The town centre is about an hour away. There are beaches and jerk places to visit along the way, including Boston.

The food was a highlight for us, with a whole range of new flavours we hadn’t tried before. The staff were thoughtful and very polite, and happy to accommodate our every whim. The villa has lovely little comforts and scenic views that give the place a sense of wonder. Walking in, you feel its grandeur, though there’s also a simple quality to it, and the two sides are put together tastefully. It was a fantastic stay, one I’d encourage people to experience for themselves. Cheers!

Villa Juanita feels like being at home. The housekeepers are dedicated, hardworking women, and the marketing manager is someone you can count on because he stays on top of everything. I came to relax and enjoy good Jamaican food, and that’s just what I did. Come in, sit down, and unwind. You won’t regret it. I’d love others to feel what I felt. Come on over! xoox love 😀

The villa’s own farm supplied some of our meals and fruit, and the Jamaican food was great. The staff were wonderful and went above and beyond. Our anniversary weekend was splendid, and from the moment my husband and I arrived, I knew I’d chosen the right place. It was intimate, private, relaxing, clean, nice, and inviting. We had a great ocean view, and with the windows open the tradewinds kept us comfortable, so cuddling was a must. A couples massage was included as part of our treat, and we also went to the famous Reach Falls. OMG, magnificent! I could go on and on. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return. A big thank you to the management and staff at Villa Juanita for making the weekend memorable.

The shared living room is large and comfortable, with some games available, and there are picnic benches and tables around the grounds. My room was on the second floor, clean and cool, with breathtaking views. Food is available for an extra cost, or you can bring your own and use the spacious kitchen. The staff were friendly, pleasant, very helpful, and accommodating. Villa Juanita was a really good experience, and it’s 20-30 minutes from some amazing beaches. I’d recommend it!
