Big Red's

We stayed at Big red's for several weeks for work. The rooms are simple but cozy, and we slept really well. Nights are quiet, the shower has plenty of hot water, and the pool looks out over the sea. There’s a complete kitchen for making your own meals if you don’t want to drive around or order delivery. Leslie is a lovely owner with a great sense of humor. We’ll be back.

We liked it so much that we came back, and were glad we did. It’s a beautiful, peaceful spot in South Jamaica, with plenty of nature around. The British hosts felt like more than hosts to us, they were like a mother, a friend, and a nurse to everyone. If you want somewhere quiet, this is the place.

Breakfast was lovely every day, and the hosts helped us find a nice balance between local life and tourist attractions. My wife and I spent a few days here in May. It’s a great property in a great location, and we can’t thank them enough. We’d definitely recommend it and plan to stay again in the near future.

We were looking for somewhere near a tourist spot we wanted to visit, and after meeting the owner, the property looked interesting enough for an overnight stay. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well equipped, with free WiFi and a pool. There are great views and a lovely breeze. I’d recommend it if you’re after a chill-out spot off the beaten track.
