The rooms are nice and large, the facilities are clean, and the service is good. Staff make an effort to meet your needs. The location is great, within walking distance of shopping malls and the US embassy, and a short drive from two hospitals.

Choosing the hotel for my function made sense because of its convenient location, and the banquet manager handled the arrangements beforehand well. On the day, though, things nearly went wrong. The table and chair coverings were stained and had holes, and I had to insist that they be replaced. Several functions were happening at once, so we couldn't get chairs until another event ended. My guests had to wait while staff rushed to set up, and some guests had to help. There were also several power interruptions, with no automatic switch to a generator. The banquet manager tried her best, but management needs to do more quality checks. Staff can only do so much. Charging people for chair covers with holes and stained table coverings is simply unacceptable. If you choose this venue for its location, I'd strongly recommend renting coverings elsewhere and checking that everything is ready at least 30 minutes before guests arrive.

We stayed at this amazing hotel villa from July 1st to the 5th, 2025. The view and vibe were lovely, the pool was great, and the room was cozy. Everyone did a wonderful job, from front desk and security to the restaurant bar, housekeeping, and grounds keeper. The location made it easy to reach the facilities we needed. Service was all out, 1000/10 if you ask me. Love it, love it, love it. Thanks to all the staff who worked those days. I'll surely be back 🥳🥳🥳🥰🥰

The cooked breakfast was included, and we could choose either an American or Jamaican plate. There’s also a pool, restaurant and convenience store on site, plus plenty of food options within an easy 1 km walk. The area is very walkable, and the location worked well for our night in New Kingston. We had been given the wrong room type, but the front desk attendant changed it and came along to make sure the new room suited us. The desk is staffed around the clock, which was another plus. Our room was clean and roomy, with the things we needed, including a fridge, microwave, body lotion and a small balcony. Housekeeping was polite and helpful too. Everything we wanted.
