You can stay here comfortably overnight without spending much, which works well in a pinch. The rooms are dated, and the staff were neither especially friendly nor rude. It was quiet, with no staff interruptions or New Kingston traffic noise.

The food was okay, but the service made this a poor experience. We had to ask for water, and the waitress was slow bringing it and the bar menu. She seemed distracted by her phone and uninterested in clearing the soup bowl. When I asked for ketchup, I expected a bottle and got the little packets like KFC's instead. She needs training. I won't go back to Indies.

Breakfast was nice and the staff were friendly. The bathroom needed more attention, though: the taps needed descaling and cleaning, as did the floor. The shower didn't work, so I had to wash with a cloth.

It's a small, old hotel in New Kingston, and the rooms feel worn and dated. You do get air conditioning, hot water, and free WiFi, though the TVs are ancient. Knutsford Blvd is close enough to walk to. The cafe is okay, but feels a bit pricey for the area. I've heard rumors that prostitutes frequent the hotel.
