S Hotel Kingston

The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well cared for, and check-in and requests were made easy by the welcoming service desk staff. The location was convenient for our stay, and everyone was friendly and attentive. Mr. Owen and Tanesha in the restaurant deserve a special mention. They looked after everything we needed and made dining there a standout. I’d happily return and recommend the hotel.

I’ve stayed at the S Hotel in Kingston for more than five years, and each visit has lived up to the last. The place is consistently clean, peaceful, stylish, and comfortable. The food is reliably good, too. This morning’s chef salad at the café was both beautiful and delicious. Tanisha HC really stands out. She’s central to the guest experience, whether she’s making sure I’m comfortable in the nicely decorated lobby café or finding something as small but urgent as a phone charger cable. She and the rest of the team handle requests efficiently and make the service feel personal. You feel like a valued part of the family. The team brings warmth and care to a level of service I’ve found at the best hotels in Jamaica and the United States, and often beyond it. After a decade of travel, I’d give this hotel a 10 out of 10 and recommend it highly.

The pool was a relaxing spot, and the hotel had great food, service, amenities, and ambience. The whole stay felt warm and inviting, and my family and I were well looked after. Tanisha, Garnett, and Winston went especially far to make sure we were comfortable. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone planning a vacation in Kingston’s business district.

I enjoyed the stay and would come back. I was there for three nights, and the staff were professional and courteous. Miss Tanisha HC represented her office well and worked hard to make sure guests were satisfied. The welcome juice desk and receptionists were also a good first contact with S Hotel and made us feel at home. The breakfast could use more variety, and meal prices are a bit exorbitant. Still, it’s a nice place to stay.
