The specialty restaurants didn't all meet expectations, though the buffet was one of the better meals at the resort, with lots of choice and reliably good food. El Dorado was the standout: its 22-ounce ribeye was amazing, full of flavor and cooked perfectly. The grounds were immaculate, with beautiful landscaping and clear attention to upkeep everywhere. Our Signature Level Villa was spacious, spotless, and well maintained. The bathroom was phenomenal, especially the jacuzzi tub after a day in the sun. Housekeeping was excellent, and room service was prompt and professional, exceeding expectations throughout. Signature Level access also included top-shelf alcohol, a private concierge, and a private pool and bar for Signature Level guests. That privacy and personal attention made the trip feel luxurious and easy, and felt worth every penny. At the Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton Resort, the staff welcomed us warmly and professionally as soon as we arrived. It was a beautiful, relaxing stay that we won't forget soon, and we'd happily return and recommend it for a memorable Jamaican getaway.

Traveling with seven kids in our group could have made dinners stressful, but the ten on-site restaurants offered plenty of food choices for children and adults, and the meals were very good. The staff were incredibly kind with the kids. At El Dorado, Marlon was an outstanding server, and at Poseidon, Teray gave us warm welcomes and thoughtful, attentive service. They made special efforts for our children, especially at dessert, and helped our youngest travelers feel cared for. It was our first visit to the Grand Palladium Jamaica, and our family of five had a memorable holiday. The resort exceeded our expectations, with a well cared-for layout and amenities. We saw no signs of damage from the recent hurricane. I'd highly recommend it for families with young kids, and we'll be back.

After a long day of travel, we arrived at the resort without a reservation for Poseidon. Tanya found us a table and made us feel welcome and comfortable right away. Our waiter, Stephen, went above and beyond to make the meal enjoyable. I was very pleased with the service from the moment we arrived.

The entertainers were really nice, and the service was great throughout. Danesia took care of us at the night cabana, and her supervisor was attentive too. The facilities definitely need elevators. If you're craving Jamaican-style KFC, it's not easy to get right now unless you book an excursion that includes it. Otherwise, you're between east and west!
