A Piece of Paradise Montego Bay

The neighborhood really stood out to me, with mansions and beautifully kept homes all around. I took dozens of photos there. The property itself was gorgeous, with a great view, and the atmosphere felt welcoming, sincere, clean, safe, charming, and genuinely relaxing and quiet. I stayed at A Piece of Paradise Montego Bay during my Jamaica visit from February 4th through the 7th 2019. It's only about four minutes from the airport, and surprisingly you can't hear the planes. From the airport, you just take two turns to reach the front gate. Gabriel, the "big boss," was there overseeing the property, and he and the staff made the visit pleasant. G-d willing, I'll be back. Choose this place and enjoy it.

The staff were always around and happy to get anything you needed from the market or take you around for a while. Gabriel was especially helpful, and the whole place felt warm and welcoming. The kitchen was stocked with equipment, and there was a pool table, ping pong, a crystal clear pool, a grill with coal ready, and a bumpin’ stereo system. My gf and I stayed three nights in the room with four bunks, but had the room to ourselves the whole time. Herbert, another guest from Germany, even made the house delicious, not dry, chicken and pasta salad. Delish! We had such a great time and would definitely come back. My sons had such a good four day stay at Piece of Paradise, and they kept talking about Gabriel and how hospitable he was. They ended up adding two more nights and enjoyed hanging out with the other guests. I was worried as a mom, but Gabriel kept me updated by text and that reassured me they were okay. They were there during my recent wedding in Montego Bay. I and many of our guests stayed at another resort, but I booked Piece of Paradise for my two sons and their girl friend because it was more affordable. When their flight was delayed in Miami and they got into Montego Bay after midnight, the rental car company was already closed. I had let Gabriel know about the late arrival and kept texting updates so he could hold their two rooms. He went to the airport to pick them up and texted me when they arrived safely. Then one son's flight was cancelled after he got to the airport, with no other flights leaving that night. I contacted Gabriel again, and he graciously picked my son up late at night and kept me updated until he was safely back at Pierce of Paradise (PoP). Thanks, Gabriel! My sons are looking forward to coming back to MoBay and staying nowhere else but Piece of Paradise.

I'd booked this a week ahead for one extra night in Montego Bay after spending my vacation in New Kingston at one of the island's finest establishments. I requested airport pickup when I booked, and the property confirmed it, but there was no shuttle when I arrived at sangster from new Kingston. I called, and the man said his car had broken down, then told me I was lucky because he could arrange a ride for 20 usd. 🤔 Was this even a real place? I've traveled for years and never felt so uneasy and alarmed. I checked my phone to make sure I had the right number. When I questioned the amount in USD he was asking for pickup, the person on the phone got loud and combative. I asked to cancel the reservation. Soon after, I got a message in my inbox from the hotel representative. Think carefully about management's motives and professionalism before booking this place.
