Gibb's Chateau

I enjoyed my stay. The place was quiet, very clean, and comfortable, and the customer service from Omar and the young lady was very good. For me, it’s 9/10. A small fridge in the room and a pool are the only things missing.

From outside the place looks good, but the downstairs smells strongly of sex once you get in. They could easily use plug-ins to keep it smelling fresh. The rooms have a different problem: a well-known pest is often seen running around. This place needs fixing. I understand it’s a short-term rental, but the environment puts off tourists looking for short-term accommodation.

My family was comfortable here, and the rooms and bathrooms were clean. The beds were comfortable, and there was no more smell of smoke. I also saw newly installed smoke detectors. Parking is still tight, though everyone managed to fit. The AC and ceiling fans worked well, cable and internet were working, and there was a clothes iron and board, plus two free bottles of water when we arrived. This time they’d added a refrigerator and another TV. Gibbs service has improved a lot. I'm not sure what more you could ask of a guest house. Blessings.

I stayed one night after a work event and was happy with it. It was quiet, I felt safe, and most things like the supermarket and restaurants were an easy distance away. I'd recommend it for work or a pleasure trip.
