The garden was my favorite part of Chatham. It was breathtaking, with comfortable lawn furniture, neatly kept grass, and a beautiful sky at night. The place was very quiet too. I didn't get to use the pool because I was out most days. I had to move from Nianna to Chatham because of the length of my vacation, and it felt like heaven on earth. You need security clearance to enter the property, and they provided it. There was more than enough parking, which was a plus. Inside, the living room was spacious and beautifully decorated, and the modern kitchen had everything I needed, including an electric kettle and pancake maker. The master bedroom on the main floor had a cozy, never-ending king-size bed and pillows that made me dream of sweet sleep. There was more closet space than I knew what to do with. Upstairs, the staircase had lovely artwork, and I loved the chandelier above it. The bedroom on the left had one bed, loads of closet space, and a huge, clean bathroom. The room on the right had two beds, its own bathroom, and even more closet space. I didn't use that room since there were only two of us. It was my first time in Montego Bay, and I'm in love with Chatham. The hospitality expert team were really amazing, and I definitely recommend booking with them. I also met the housekeeper when I arrived. She's the sweetest.

The place looked just like the pictures, and the surroundings were beautiful. Nianna was professional and responsive throughout my first vacation there. She answered my questions and calls, addressed my concerns, and reassured me every day that I wouldn't regret choosing the place. I'm glad I did. I arrived very late and was having trouble finding it, but Nianna stayed on the phone to direct me and make sure I was safe. I'll definitely take another trip and choose Nianna Chatham again.

The house was okay overall, but it needed a lot of cleaning and TLC. The worst part was the person the host uses to administer COVID tests. Dr. Richard Gentles was extremely rude and unprofessional. His manner got so agitated at one point that I worried about our safety. The place needs a proper deep clean and some hospitality training.
