Luxurious Romantic Suite Kensington

We ended up staying here for New Year’s because the resorts were fully booked, and I’m glad we did. The owner was reasonable, and the staff gave good service. Our room was clean and had that home away from home feel. It’s within walking distance of what you need and only a five minute drive from the airport. Just keep in mind they don’t serve food.

I’ve stayed here four times now, and I keep having the same relaxing experience. My first visit was meant to be two nights in Room #1 Frangipani, but work stress had been affecting my sleep and I ended up staying four nights, leaving completely relaxed. I love the space and atmosphere, and it’s easy to get to everything I want. I’m heading back tomorrow, maybe for three nights, though that could turn into five.

This will be our fourth stay at the Atrium resort, and we always feel completely comfortable there. The kids had fun in the pool as usual, my husband enjoyed himself, and I mostly watched television in the two bedroom Frangipani apartment 4. Alison the housekeeper does a really good job keeping the apartment tidy while we’re there. Sadly, she wasn’t around when we left, but hopefully we’ll see her again. It’s been an amazing stay every time.

We had a great stay from check-in right through to check-out. Our one-room unit also had an extra room for visitors, which was handy. The place felt like home, and being close to the Blue Diamond and Whittier Village worked out well. I’d definitely recommend it.
